As the age of AI unfolds, Solaread is building for continuous learning and limitless growth. We want to encourage people to learn across languages and lower the barriers to engaging with ideas beyond their native language. We believe reading will remain an irreplaceable part of how humanity learns and moves forward.
AI can support learning by providing context, clarifying unfamiliar language, and helping readers navigate difficult texts. But an AI-generated summary, adaptation, or translation is still an interpretation. It cannot fully replace the meaning, nuance, and voice of the original work. Reading gives each person the chance to meet an author through their own words and form a direct connection with their ideas.
Humanity has always looked toward the future and searched for new ways to progress. At the same time, the lessons and experience of history remain essential. History is carried forward through writing, and reading is how we receive it. AI should improve that process—not stand between people and the words worth understanding.
